All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. For cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20, the equivalent PKR value is calculated at the prevailing conversion rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. Exchange rate risk is borne solely by the Player.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the same 111gam account. This restriction is in place to prevent money laundering and to satisfy anti-fraud requirements. 111gam will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the Player's name, or payment methods not previously used for deposit.

111gam reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation. Players will be notified of the reason for any delay where possible.
111gam does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the Player and are deducted by the payment provider, not by 111gam.

The availability, terms, and duration of any bonus or promotion are subject to the specific terms published for that offer on the 111gam platform at the time the offer is made. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by 111gam are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings or bonus balance may be withdrawn. Bets Once Placed: Sports bets confirmed and accepted by the 111gam sportsbook platform are binding. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the specific sportsbook rules make provision for a cash-out option. Casino game rounds are similarly final once completed.
Void Bets: 111gam reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered in error due to technical malfunction, pricing error, or data feed failure. Players will be notified and the original stake returned to their account balance. No winnings will be payable on voided bets.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet outcome, 111gam will investigate using available server logs and game data. Where a malfunction is confirmed, affected rounds may be voided and stakes refunded. The Player's entitlement in such circumstances is a refund of the stake only — no winnings are payable on malfunctioned rounds.
Live Betting: In-play sports betting markets are offered in real time during live sporting events. 111gam cannot guarantee that live odds will reflect every development in a match with zero latency. Players accept the inherent latency risk of in-play betting when placing in-play bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111gam platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, permanent ban, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

111gam's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 111gam's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
111gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, 111gam will return the verified real-money balance to the Player via the original deposit payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returned on closure unless otherwise required by law.
Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting 111gam customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in accordance with standard timelines following verification.
In the event of any dispute relating to your 111gam account, transactions, game outcomes, bonus decisions, or any other matter governed by these Terms, the following process applies:
Players agree not to initiate any legal proceedings, arbitration, or public dispute process before exhausting the internal dispute resolution procedure set out above.
